The College has a well designed Principal office, Vice Principal office, HOD rooms, faculty rooms, and office section, reception and waiting area. There is a separate office for the principal with attached toilet and provision room. There is a facility for independent telephone and interconnection to the hospital and hostel and a computer with interned facility. The office works from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on all days except holidays. The college office caters to all matters related to both the students and staff. It offers services like distribution of university mark lists, scholarships, assistance in availing e- grants, registration in professional organizations, transcripts, course and conduct certificate, transfer certificate, and payment of fees.
Kuhs examination centre
Sanjoe College of Nursing is equipped with its own examination Centre under Kerala University of Health Sciences. The centre is equipped with all facilities including Exam Rooms which can accommodate 200 students, Confidential Room, CCTV Cameras, online access for uploading question papers, Printers, Scanning Machine, Fax etc
Class room and Faculty rooms
There are adequate classrooms with the capacity of accommodating all the students admitted in each class. The rooms are well ventilated and properly lighted. Each classroom is having students chair, black chalk boards/ white boards lecture stand, OHP’s, LCD Projectors, table and chair for teachers.
There are 3 spacious teachers room accommodating 7-8 teachers in each room. Separate toilet and Hand washing facility is available for the teaching faculty.
Other facilities
College has gardens with variety of ornamental plants and seasonal flowers. An open ground is also available for conducting sports, and other open stage programmes within the safe premises of the College Campus. Seperate refreshment rooms are available for both Boys and Girls in each floor. Adequate drinking water facility is provided on each floor. A well equipped Guest room and lift is also available.
